A fun mini-session with two beautiful little girls! I am in love with their eyes…
Almost two weeks spent in Virginia, two newborns, two families brand-new to Simple Reflections, two sets of twins, two kids named Camden…it was definitely a little weird with all of the “sets”. I began my trip with a much-anticipated visit to see one of my closest friends, who had given birth not long before. Little Camden turned out to be every bit of beautiful as I thought she would be, and a spitting image of her big brother JJ…in a girly way of course.
Seriously, does she not look like an angel?
So it was by chance (or was it?) that when I met someone at a “Books and Babies” class at the local library, she told me that her horse drill team was hosting the state competition right here in Bozeman and needed a photographer. It had been a month since we had moved from Virginia and I was itching to grab my camera and get to work! Let me just tell you though, I’ve only ever been on a horse twice in my life, the last time about 15 years ago, so I was a little apprehensive about what I was doing. But the teams were fantastic, the horses beautiful, and the weather perfect! The weekend turned out to be a great one. Here’s a shot from one of Bozeman’s teams, the Montana Stampede Riders…just a little piece of Americana.
