When these handsome little guys’ mom contacted me and wanted to set something up in Richmond, I knew I was in for some fun. I love twins sessions as they always hold some sort of adventure for me, and the first was having to re-located at the last minute because of a huge race being held at Maymont. So we headed next door to Byrd Park, and while Christopher and Matthew did not want to give up any smiles, I think mom and dad are going to be pretty pleased with their first family portraits.Take a peek~
These two cutie-pies have grown so much since the last time I saw them, and they just turned ONE!! We had a good time with pumpkins, scarecrows, and stinkbugs, not to mention making one of my favorite pictures.
I have to giggle when I look at this…Luke all mellow and just hanging out, and Libbie standing on her tip-toes cheesing for me. Sooo cute!
Take a look at my husband’s sister and her family! She realized that it had been two years since they had a family portrait made, so it was way past due. The kids have changed so much in the last year, but I will always think about their cute little faces when I first met them. Here’s their sneak peek~
These two girls have known each other since they were six months old, and have been BFFs since third grade…a true testament to their friendship as they finish up their senior year and prepare to go to college next fall. When Hilary’s mom called to set up a session and asked if they could do it together, I said definitely! I knew that watching them interact with each other would help me to document who they really are. Sure enough, while we braved the September heat wave, it was obvious that Hilary and Sarah have a special bond.
This was the first “new” family I met with, and boy what a treat! Not only were they super good-looking (obviously) and easy to photograph, but by the end we were all joking around and I was even asked by one family member (to remain nameless) if they could tag along back to Bozeman with me. Take a look…
