“A” + “T”: Engaged

The first thing I noticed about these two was their playfulness and that they just have a lot of fun together. I love listening to how couples meet, and “A” and “T” are a classic case of when you know, you know. They realized very quickly that this was the right thing, and here they are planning a summer wedding in Yellowstone National Park. “C”: Newborn

One of my favorite things is to spend a few hours with a brand-new, squishy newborn and to step into a family of three and document their new beginnings. I got to do that with baby “C” this past weekend, where this itty bitty girl showed me that she is a fierce one at just eight days old. She wanted nothing to do with falling asleep during our session and was moving all over the place. What did we end up getting? Some beautiful wide-eyed shots and great interactions between “C” and her mommy and daddy.

“J”: One

Happy birthday, “J”! We scored big time with amazing weather over the weekend when we met to mark his first birthday. I absolutely love how clear his baby blues come through, even in black and white!

“J”: Expecting

I think “J” truly has the cutest pregnant belly I’ve seen in a long time! Just five and a half weeks away from having their baby girl, I met “J” and “M” in Springhill, where we fought some fierce winds and an overall chilly afternoon. Here’s a few from our session…I’m loving the moodiness of some of the shots!
