Monday night I headed up to Springhill to hang out with my friend’s kids at their grandparents’ home. They have an amazing place with a ton of acreage, beautiful horses, and this dilapidated barn (LOVE!). This area of town is always gorgeous mind you, but it was especially pretty that night. A blue sky, visibility for miles, and of course the signature mountain views all welcomed me. The kids, all decked out in their boots, were excited to feed carrots to the horses (and nibble some themselves), run with the dogs, and *even* let me take a few shots. Daddy even stepped up and made some seriously silly faces to help me out! Take a look at just a snippet of our evening together…
I mean really, look at these cuties!
I wasn’t planning on this shot, but sometimes they are the best. Her grandmother was teaching her how to lead ol’ Galileo, and she just reached out and pet his face! Such a tender moment…
Now THAT is some serious side-eye! There was no way I could resist posting this one…it just made me laugh!
