Yellowstone weddings always have an allure about them. Maybe it’s the wildness of it all. Maybe the wide open spaces. Or the sense of adventure that takes over when you pass through the gates. No matter what, it’s one of my favorite places and I love that it’s right in my backyard. When Alix got in touch and told me that she and Scott were heading west to elope, I was in. They chose the Lower Falls at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone for the short ceremony (with a TON of onlookers, I might add!). It was really sweet, especially because they each have a four-year-old (both absolutely adorable by the way) and it was truly a joining of a new family.
